Some Other Music Projects
“Follow Me”
Our thanks to the parents and church goers who encouraged us, and in particular to the children and adults who took part in this recording.
I’ve had the pleasure of being involved in a couple of other music projects, not just singing or playing, but also being responsible for the recordings. These two projects below are from work with M.A.S.H. - the Music At Sacred Heart Choir and Music group. They belong to the Sacred Heart Church in Teddington. Over the years they have turned the music liturgy into quite a lively (and sometimes unpredictable!) outlet for worship.
The CDs contain both traditional and modern hymns and songs, with arrangements which are fresh and at times different.
These two CDs were produced with a core aim of raising funds to finance decent music gear for the church. However, by the second CD - “A Christ-MASH Carol”, the group were also raising money for charity and were able to donate over £1000 to “Street Child Africa”.
